Sorry. 🙂 I like the joke and being able to post a very old cartoon from the DMG.
I have taken to posting links of interest to our G+ group (what is the over/under on that service surviving about 2 years?) and thought I might share them here on the blog for those that might have missed them there or otherwise don’t take notice of our google-bound fan page.
- Dec. 9 – Improved handouts (for free!) for the scenario collection “In the Shadows” by Dean Engelhardt, who provided the fantastic handouts for issue #3.
- Dec. 14 – Kind words and free promotion for issue #3 of the Arkham Gazette via Chaosium’s newsletter.
- Dec. 24 – BBC Radio 4 talks about the Salem witch trials.
- Jan. 1 – A new issue of Protodimension magazine was released. (We tiny press magazines must stick together after all.)
- Jan. 4 – A Christmas gift – A Horror Guide to Massachusetts by David Goudsward.
- Jan. 6 – Squamous Studio’s wonderful beer-and-pretzels card game Feed the Shoggoth is now available for purchase. I also highlighted my favorite card 🙂
- Jan. 12 – A call for an investigator to visit an archaic cemetery in Maine to help our the Sentinel Hill Press-cast.
- Jan. 14 – The Strange Case of Bridget Cleary, an Irish woman murdered in 1895 by her husband who believed she was a changeling. Includes some of my thoughts about how to translate this to a scenario.
- Jan. 15 – The actual site where Salem’s ‘witches’ were hanged and their bodies disposed has been located (and as I point out this is not exactly new information).
